Westshore Wellness Mind Body and Spirit Fair

Welcome to the Westshore Wellness Mind Body and Spirit Fair.  This is a wonderful community event that happens twice a year at the Langford Legion, Station Road, Langford.  Two full days packed full of vendors, artisans, body and energy workers, psychics and mediums, free workshops and hugs.

Each year we choose a local charity organization to donate the proceeds from the door.  In 2016 we were able to give the Win shop over $1100.  In 2017 we gave Bridges for Women $2000 and in 2018 with just one event we have donated a whopping $1100 to Soroptomist International and we have another event to go this year!

Our last event was in March and we had 60 vendors and attracted over 400 visitors over the two days.  The cost on the door is $3 per day or you can buy a weekend pass for $5.

Our next event is scheduled for September 15th an 16th 2018.  Applications are now open for new vendors

Please note that applications will be considered on a first come first served basis and with an eye to product/services balance.  This means that we try and ensure there is a good mix of vendors.  Please note as we have different vendors on each day, you will only be applying for 1 of those dates.

Fits in with those seeking spiritual, metaphysical, holistic products or services

Contributes to the wellbeing of others

Is not a multi-level marketing product

Vendor Registration Form

Please indicate which day you would like to be considered for. Please note that decisions are made based on a balance of vendors and requests cannot be guaranteed.
In this section you are being asked to put in an overview of you/your company. This will be used for marketing purposes and will be used to introduce you on the event page. Please also ensure you include links to your websites and Facebook Page(s), contact details etc.
Table/Space Request*
Please choose one of the options for your space. One (4ft x 2ft table - $45. One (4ft x 2ft) table with nom for massage table/chair or other equipment - $60. Two (4ft x 2ft) tables - $60. Two (4ft x 2ft) tables with room for massage table/chair/other equipment - $75. Three (4ft x 2ft) tables - $75
Booth Sharing*
Booth sharing is defined as 2 or more people promoting separate business. Booth sharing will incur an additional $20 fee. Please ensure that descriptions and business names of all parties are provided in the products/services section of the registration form above).
Chair Requirement
Please select the number of chairs you need for your booth.
Other Requests*
Please note that these requests are not guaranteed. A limited number of outlets are available and wall space is limited also. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements and will make decisions based on the order registrations come in (first come first served). You will need to supply your own extension cords.
We have 5 (45minute) workshop slots on each day. If you would like to be considered for a workshop spot, please enter a topic title and brief description. There is no fee associated with presenting. Please note that the conference room where the workshops are held is not large and can accommodate around 20 people. There are no visual aids like projectors or flip charts provided so you will want to tailor your presentation accordingly.
Payment Options*
Please select your preferred payment option. If accepted as a vendor, you will be notified along with details of how to pay for your booth. Immediate payment will be required to confirm your spot.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of being a vendor are outlined below. Please note that by not accepting them, may result in you not being accepted as a vendor. Cancellation and Refunds: A full refund will be provided up to 3 weeks prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation up to 2 weeks prior, a 50% refund will be provided. Less than 2 weeks will not be eligible for a refund. Marketing and Promotion: We all jointly are responsible for marketing and event promotion. This includes inviting friends and clients to the Facebook event, sharing it on your Facebook and online presences, putting up a poster or two in your local area. Certification and Insurance: By accepting the terms you are confirming that you are certified for any services you are providing and have the required practitioner insurance.

This is the registration form for new vendors looking to apply for a booth at the Westshore Wellness Mind, Body and Spirit Fair.  

Our next event will be taking place on Saturday September 15th and Sunday September 16th at the Langford Legion, Station Road, 11am - 5pm.

Booth Size and Costs:

  • One (4ft x 2ft table - $45. 
  • One (4ft x 2ft) table with room for massage table/chair or other equipment - $60. 
  • Two (4ft x 2ft) tables - $60. 
  • Two (4ft x 2ft) tables with room for massage table/chair/other equipment - $75. 
  • Three (4ft x 2ft) tables - $75

Although the event is two days, we have different vendors on each day.  Therefore, you will only be applying for 1 of the days.  You will be asked to choose which day you wish to apply for.

Applications are approved based on suitability.  We reserve the right to decline an application if we feel there are too many vendors with duplicate products or services or it is not a fit for our event.  Please note that we do not accept applications from people selling multi-level marketing products.

We have opportunities on both days for a 45 minute workshop to be given by vendors.  If you wish to apply to be considered, please do this in the application when prompted.  Please note that applications for a providing a workshop are not guaranteed.  Decisions will be made based on topic and fit for the event.  Decisions about workshop facilitators will be made when all applications are received and considered.  You will be notified separately about this.
